A high-level Banking Operations, Retail Banking, Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service professional with over three decades experience in the Banking industry.

Nana’s experience covers largely Banking Operations and Business Development, from initial setup to management of branches nationwide; Anti-Money Laundering, Project Management, Risk Management and Business Continuity Management of Banks from Processes to Data Management including Network Performance Management (ISO 27001 implementation).

He has extensive experience in the formulation and review of operational processes, policies and procedures; identifying inherent operational weaknesses and driving quality remedial actions for business optimization. He has created Strategies for performance improvement of Retail Banking Operations and that of the supporting Technology Backbone.

He has spearheaded new-market growth, identifying profitable locations with customer survey input and demographic analyses that aligned with bank culture and community profile

With an MBA (Marketing), BSc Administration (Accounting) and a Diploma in Accounting, all from the University of Ghana Business School, Nana is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Ghana.

He is the immediate past Convener of the General Assembly and a Board Member of Actionaid Ghana.
