Mr Emmanuel Anane Boate

Emmanuel Anane Boate is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Jospong Group of Companies. He holds a BSc (Agric Economics) degree from the University of Ghana (1972 – 1976) and MSc. (Banking & Finance) from FINAFRICA, Italy (1989 – 1990. Mr. Boate attended Osei Kyeretwie and Tamale Secondary School between 1965 and 1972 where he obtained his GCE ‘O’ & ‘A’ Levels respectively. He is a Business and Management Consultant. Between the period 2004 -2010 Mr. Anane Boate served as a Member and Chairman of several Boards including J A Plant Pool Ltd, Union Rural Bank Ltd, Pensions and Finance Boards of Church of Pentecost. He was also a part – time lecturer in Money and Banking, Executive MBA Programme at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration for the period 2003-2006. Mr. Boate worked with Standard Chartered Bank for several years where he retired as a Management Staff. He brings to the Board over 36 years’ experience in the financial services sector.
