Mr. Isaac Essilfie is a product of the University of Cape Coast graduating with a Bachelor of Management Studies. In addition, he holds Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretaryship and Management Studies from Accra Technical University. He has to his credit an EMBA in Human Resource Management from Ural Federal University, Russia. He has also completed the final level (3) of Chartered Institute of Human Resource Practitioners (CIHRPG), Ghana. He is a member of good standing of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Practitioners Ghana

Isaac started his career with the Ghana Standards Board (Now Ghana Standards Authority) from August 2004 as Senior Administrative Assistant (Human Resource). By dint of hard work, he rose through the ranks to become Assistant Manager (Human Resource). He worked with the Ghana Standards Authority from 2004 to November, 2014.

Later on he joined the erstwhile UniCredit Savings and Loans in December, 2014 as Assistant Manager, Human Resource Operations. Isaac served on the following committees; Promotions Committee, Disciplinary Committee, Counselling Committee and Interview Committee.

He joined ABii National Savings and Loans on 1st July, 2019 as Head, Human Resource & Administration.
