Frank Williams is a graduate from the Central University College with a BSc. Admin. Degree in Banking and Finance. He also holds a Master’s degree MBA Finance from the University of Ghana. He is a Chartered Banker and a member of the Institute of Chartered Institute of Bankers Ghana (ACIB).

He started his banking carrier with Merchant Bank now Universal Merchant bank and has over 19 years working experience in diverse positions. Frank has a rich and extensive insight to customer service, domestic and branch banking operations and a specialty with inward remittance business.

He has attended many courses in Banking with certification in Legal and Regulatory Compliance in Banking Operations and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Global Development in Trade Finance.
